An experienced teacher in Phoenix, Arizona, Mikal Wescott has worked as an instructional designer and assistant manager with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) since 2023. He manages various responsibilities in this position, including project management, training, design, and development. He is also tasked with coordinating and leading needs analysis meetings for the department. During his time as an instructional designer, Mikal Wescott has created numerous learning modules and analyzed the impact of the department’s training programs.
